Recently I had the opportunity to photograph Honey Honey (one of my favorite music groups!!!) for their new record Billy Jack. Suzanne and Ben are based out of Venice, CA and are truly one of the most amazing duos out there. We drove out to Lancaster at the crack of dawn for the shoot and actually found the “Kill Bill” church along the way as well as where they filmed part of T2. There are definitely some gem locations in good ole Lancaster. The dessert scene filled with abandoned shacks and buildings is any photographers dream canvas to work with. You can pre-order your CD, Vinyl Record or download the album on i-tunes from the below links. Congrats Suzanne Santo and Ben Jaffe for another amazing record. Your musical talent blows my mind!
Enjoy the images…

Recently I headed to the parks and beaches of beautiful Manhattan Beach to photograph Peter & Kristin. They are getting married this summer on the east coast and were such a fun and easy going couple to work with! Check out some of my favorite shots from our session…

Gorgeous! I loooooove the horizontal of them almost kissing by the pier. Are you shooting their wedding on the east coast?
Meet my Friend Nicole : )
Nicole is a violinist who plays locally for the South Bay Orchestra in Hermosa Beach, CA. She needed some updated pics of her with her fabulous violin so we hit the streets of good ole Hermosa. This was such a fun shoot! I think the best part was when she stopped about 6 of the men’s volleyball games by strutting her stuff with a giant tutu on the beach (not an everyday occurrence ) haha. Enjoy!

Love the Tutu pics. Exceptional work.

This Winter I spent Christmas with my Grams and relatives In St. Anne, Illinois. Being a native Californian I was really hoping to experience my first white Christmas. Well my wish sure came true EVERYTHING was covered in white blankets of snow almost the entire week I was there. I loved every second of it!!! My Gram’s house has always been a special place to me. I spent most of my summers with her there and we have countless memories together there. It was nice to experience it in the winter this trip as opposed to the summer. I felt like a little kid running around with her dog in the yard throwing the snow up in the air. I also got to visit my Uncle’s ranch where I spent the day there sledding (another first for me) with my cousins and had an absolute blast. I’m missing the snow and my Illinois family already. Enjoy the pics!
